I'm a big fan of his movies. He was distinctive in so many ways. Very clever interpretation and have a Happy MM!

Yes he does, but that one where he was the 'Before' and 'After' in the weight loss add on the newspaper, was apparently done as a result of his substantial weight loss.

Another great take on the theme, Bear...I can almost hear the music that played as he stepped into his silhouette!

I would never miss his TV show, it opened my eyes to what a good director could do. Except maybe the lame joke he'd have when introducing the show.

The Master! 'The Birds' terrified me and I have never been able to watch more than a few minutes of it. The only way I could watch most of his movies was to focus on searching for his cameo, rather than getting engrossed in the story and having the living daylights scared out of me :)
I invented the suspense-thriller genre.

I didn't know about the cameos until after being a fan of his... but it did allow me to see all his movies again.
